It is a 15 min walk to the Opera and a 5 min walk the Museums Quartier or the famous Naschmarkt. The biggest shopping street Mariahilfer Straße is a only a short hop away. The neighbourhood offers an eclectic mix of shopping, food and lifestyle.
This elegant apartment is a typically Viennese flat, with a beautiful parquet in a Biedermeier Building. You have to take the elevator into the 3rd floor. It is apartment number 20. There is a chargeable garage called Wipark about 2 min away. On the other side of the street you have a grocer which is open until 11 pm. Very beautiful Cafes where you can enjoy a wonderful Viennese Melange or a lovely Brunch are around the corner.
The apartment is easily reached with all means of transport. The Underground station "Neubaugasse" (U3) and Kettenbrückengasse"(U4) are in sight distance (3 min walk). They will carry you to Stephansplatz or Karlsplatz within 5 minutes. Also Schönbrunn can be reached easily with U4.
- To make sure that you will have a pleasant stay and to prevent any misunderstanding, please read our house rules. From 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. is the period of night rest, therefore please keep noise levels down in order not to disturb other neighbours. We ask each guest to be careful and do not produce noise that can bother other guests. Furthermore please keep the volume of TV or music down during the period of night rest.Ignoring the night rest can cause an immediate ban of the guest. In this case, the guest forfeits his right to accommodation and reimbursement of possible pre-paid fees. In case of violation of the night rest period the guest has to pay the booked services even though the guest cannot take advantage of them. Our house expects a respectful interaction with other guests, residents and staff. When returning to and leaving the apartment after 10 p.m. we ask you to take your neighbours into consideration and keep the noise level down. Please note the maximum payload of elevators. If improper use occurs and therefor damage, the house claims the right to reserve compensation claims. Smoking in the apartment or in the hallway is strictly forbidden. In case of violation we will charge you 250 EUR fee. Please note that the flat is being cleaned before check-in. In case the guest stays longer than 1 month, a weekly cleaning is free. Basically guests are responsible for the cleanness during their stay. The owners are not required to take out the garbage during the stay of the clients. Garbage may only be disposed of in the appropriate waste bin and containers. In case the apartment is handed over to host upon check-out in extremely dirty and polluted state, we will charge the guest the extra amount in order to cover cleaning cost resulted by leaving the apartment in such state. For damages resulting by inappropriate and unusual usage of the apartment facilities, especially for broken windows and for other damages, guests will be liable to cover the cost of all damages that occurred due to inappropriate handling.
