Located in downtown area, and within walking distance to most of the tourist attractions, this glamorous two-bedroom apartment is the perfect spot for a city break in Lisbon.
This apartment is part of Lisbon Five Stars Apartments, with more than 120 Apartments in Lisbon.
Our apartment is situated in the heart of downtown Lisbon – Cais do Sodré, in a XVIII century building completely rebuilt just now! All thought in detail to make you feel at home.
The apartment is situated in a private condo (with elevator), and has modern and warm décor.
It is a 98 m2 apartment, with 1 bedroom, a living room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with modern shower cabin. Perfect for families and group of friends.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, electric kettle, oven, dishwasher, laundry and dryer machine, microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster and iron facilities.
In the bathroom, we also have a hair dryer and amenities for the first night. Bed linen and bath towels are included.
We also have Free Wireless Internet.
In the living room, we have a book made by us with Lisbon Tips, a Lisbon map, and Apartment FAQ's.
We also have a baby bed available (please confirm availability).
Cleaning made for stays above 6 nights, with change of bath towels and linen.
Bath towels change every 3 nights.
- Supermarket List: 10€ + shopping list (special for Sunday arrivals, when the next door supermarket is closed - pay at check in)
- Baby Stroller: 5€ per day (pay at check in)
- Pick Up Airport and return: 20€ (2 pax) / 35€ (more than 2 pax) - pay to the driver.
We are very happy to receive you at our Apartment and to give assistance during the whole stay. Please check our Check in and Out Rules. We do not have a reception and we are not in the Building. So, our communication must be through mobile or mail or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN). If we don’t answer immediately through mail, please call us! We are 24H available through the number: Sofia +(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) (from Monday to Saturday – 10H / 17H) / +(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) (SOS).
CHECK IN/OUT RULES
The Check In hour must be agreed between Guest and Host. It’s imperative that we have your arrival time so that all the check in procedures can be arranged. Personal Check In: 10H until 17H (the apartment will be clean at 15H, but we can keep your luggage starting at 10H) If you arrive later than 17H, we will send you all the instructions to get in autonomously). Don’t worry! It’s very easy! Ad we will always be available by mobile. There will be some days where we cannot meet you privately. But we will always always always be available by Mobile. Check Out: 11H Late Check Out: it will depend if we have guests checking in. If not, we can arrange for an extra price. All our Guests will receive an e-mail, one week before the check in, with all information about the arrival.
MAINTENANCE AND SPECIAL REQUEST All problems inside the apartment (eg. electric problems, equipment malfunction, water leaks), must be reported to us by telephone immediately. Depending on the problem, the resolution might take up to 72 hours or even more if it depends on third party services. Please notice that common parts of the Building, like the elevator, do not depend on us. Please contact us in case of any problem and we will call immediately the condominium.
Cancel up to 5 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded.
