Lovely place on Upper East Side close to cafes, museums: Metropolitan Museum, Guggenheim and Central Park. Subway station just one block away.
The ambiance is really great with art collected from my travels all over the world. I have a queen sized bed that sleeps two, and a couch that comfortably sleeps one person in the living room. The air conditioning unit is wheeled and can be moved around. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
The apartment is located on the fifth floor; no elevator.
There is laundry room in the basement, but it's expensive and you need a special card for the washing machines. For the same price you can have your laundry done at the cleaner across the street from the apartment building.
