This one bedroom condo with city views is in the heart of downtown Vancouver in a safe, quiet and secure building. it is walking distance to everything that makes Vancouver special with a grocery store right at your door step.


This beautiful one bedroom apartment has everything you need with floor to ceiling windows throughout. Clean and recently updated this apartment has it all and will feel like home the minute you walk in. Its open concept allows for sweeping city views from any room. The building boasts three high speed elevators, a gym and sauna, pool table, table tennis, outdoor patio with barbeques, a smoke free environment, secure entry with electronic fobs for access to main doors and elevators, and free laundry on each floor (4 washers and 4 dryers).

The apartment has a queen size bed, lines and towels, high speed wireless internet, free cable, iron and ironing board, local phone with free incoming calls and free outgoing local calls. The kitchen has everything you will need including a microwave, coffee pot, dishwasher and a toaster along with all regular kitchen supplies.


Shared laundry (free), gym, sauna, pool table, lounge.


We will personally check you in and out of the apartment.


Current government issued ID is required at check in and will be documented. Keys are only handed over to the person who made the booking once ID has been verified.

The red chair has been replaced due to ware and tare with a white IKEA chair with arms.

The air conditioning unit is not working, a tech has been called and we will get it working again as soon as possible.

Brad is a great host, very quick to respond to communication when questions came up. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of things, and the apartment is set up very well. We would stay here again and recommend Brad as a host.

We stayed at Brad's apartment for eight nights and are glad to have found it. The historic skyscraper is right smack in an upscale downtown area and a nearby garden with two bus lines on Burrard Street and four others three blocks away on Granville Street, which takes you everywhere you want to go. A major supermarket and wine store are a block away, many top restaurants as well. The apartment is big and fully equipped, right across from a room with washers and dryers. Elevators are fast and run frequently. We had no problems with street noise. The bed is very comfortable. Brad went out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable. When two sudden issues, over which he had no control, came up, he responded immediately and followed up. Because of our length of stay and inconvenience, Brad on his own advised airbnb to issue a part refund, which was followed up immediately. We highly recommend staying at Brad's apartment.

This is the ideal location for exploring B.C. ! A ten min walk gets you to nearly any spot in the city. The unit offers a access to laundry facilities directly across the hall too! Nelson street can get noisy with ambulance and hot-rodding but if you walk enough (we averaged 16,000 steps per day) you'll sleep through all of it. Brad is a great host! If you're coming to B.C. you've gotta book this place!

This unit is in a great location right in the middle of downtown Vancouver. A few minutes walk to the restaurants and bars of Gastown and Yaletown, the seawall/harbor, and (window) shopping on Robson. I didn't have to use a cab once during my stay, but consider renting a bike as Vancouver is very bike-friendly with clearly marked and separated bike paths. The neighbors in the unit next door can be loud at night, but a quick call to building security should take care of any issues. Take care of this place -- I'll likely stay there again the next time I'm in Vancouver should it be available.

My friend and I had a truly lovely stay in Vancouver. The flat is very central, we took to spending a lot of time eating in gastown. Brad was quick to respond and answer any questions or concerns and made himself available if something were to come up. The space looks just as pictured, felt very safe and very comfortable. The value is also spot on. Thank you again :)

The apt was fantastic for my conference at the Sheraton across the street. Great value and location. Having laundry machines was very nice and convenient. Iron and board included so great if you needed to prep your clothes. Overall a great place and totally secure if you are worried about that. I would definitely stay again.
