I would like first to apologize for the washer and the dryer that are not in the appartment as you rightly mentionned. I did however help you and your husband to make things easier in the basement of our building. This will be mentionned on our website in the future and eventually be part and parcel of our flat. I must say that you are the second guests out of 39 who needed these commodities. Usually our guests do not stay longer than 4 nights and do not come to do their washing.
The second problem you submit to my attention is the fact that the entire closet in the second bedroom has my belongings, this is true but I thought that there was plenty of room in your own room for the other two guests, if such was not the case I do apologize, we will find a solution for our future hostings. I do apologize for the inconvenience.
You seemed surprised to have to pay extra for the two extra guests that you invited in my flat; I think that it was normal that these people who had not reserved at the same time as you and who joined you later should pay for their two nights the reasonable price of 60 euros, for the two of them and for two nights.
As far as the maps are concerned , there were there for you at your entire disposal in the shoe and slippers closet in the entrance.
