This space is comfortable, roomy, cool, and in a nice quiet location. If you need to walk to the NTU campus, it is a pleasant 15 minute walk. If your business is more in Singapore center, then you have a bit of a commute, but the bus is close by, which will take you to the MRT. This really is a great deal and nice space, where you can do work and sleep soundly. The only set backs: when I arrived, I was not sure how to enter, and get the key. I messaged Matthew on my way to Singapore, but never heard back (a bit last minute on my part, so perhaps this is more my fault). No one answered when I knocked, and my phone was not working, so I was unsure how to proceed. I ended up opening the door and yelling up, and someone heard me and came down. The NTU grad students who rent in the same home are all very nice and helpful. They set me up, and were incredible hospitable. The wifi was not working for a few days, but that seemed to be beyond anyone's control. It came back on my last day there. Lastly, the room door locks from the inside, but you cannot lock it when you leave the room. I travel with few valuables, and the roommates seemed very trust worthy, so this was not an issue for me. But, I thought it was worth mentioning. Thanks again, however, for a lovely place to stay. I found the streets, flowers, and fruit trees along the walk to NTU to be beautiful.
