You cannot beat the location of this spot. The beautiful hardwood floors and comfortable furniture will make you feel right at home. Parking is available on the street, and pass will be provided to you. Although you won't need to be driving much as the apartment has a walk score of 97/100. Walking distance to Safeway, Co-op, and 17th Ave with pubs and restaurants.
Guests will have access to the entire townhouse. It has a fully equipped kitchen , bedrooms and bathrooms. The owner will have some of his own food in the fridge and in the pantry. As well, there will still be some clothes in the closets etc. Obviously, this stuff is off limits, but efforts will be made to keep things stowed away.
Owner will be available via email, phone and text message any time of day. I will do my best to help in any way I can!
Please, make yourself at home, however keep late-night noise to a minimum. No parties. Smoking acceptable on one of the two balconies. Also, be careful with the induction cooktop , as it heats up very quickly!
I'm new to hosting with Airbnb, but figured I'd give it a shot and see how it goes:) I'd like to invite people to rent my space who will also treat it with respect.
