We offer a cosy two bedroom flat with wonderful views of the sea from the bedrooms. It is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, friends and families with kids. Our flat is well located for access to the town, as well as beaches and nature walks. We hope it is welcoming and comfortable and you enjoy your stay.
The hallway oozes character and provides access to all rooms. The open plan living room/kitchen is situated to the rear with a lovely outlook over the shared drying green and is bathed in natural light from the two large windows and skylight to the kitchen area. The lounge area has a multi fuel stove with ample space for a dining table and chair. The kitchen comprises a storage cupboard, fridge/freezer, electric cooker, washing machine and dishwasher.
There are two generously proportioned double bedrooms to the front both of which have bay windows and lovely sea/hill views, one of the bedrooms also having the benefit of fitted wardrobes. We also have a sofa bed in the living area to accommodate more guests.
Beautifully presented and fully tiled shower room, again bathed in natural light and consisting of a shower cubicle with electric shower, wash hand basin with vanity below and WC. The property further benefits from double glazing, multi fuel burner, electric heating, shared drying green and outhouse.
We have provided books for your enjoyment. Please can we ask you not to remove from the property.
If there are any breakages please can you notify us. We understand accidents happen but would appreciate it very much if you let us know.
Please note that you have full access to the garden at the back of the property. If you have bikes you can lock them to the garden railings.
Street parking is available in the front of the building.

We have a secure key box at the property. The key box 'code' is in the secure 'Location/Directions and helpful tips' message box. The message is view-able to booked guests only.
The flat door is the middle of three white doors under a white awning. The key box is on the left side of the door, inside you will find a two keys. One opens the storm door and one opens the internal flat door. Once inside the storm door you will walk up the stairs and our flat is on the left. When you leave please lock both doors and drop the keys in the keybox.

The post office is a 2 minute walk from the flat.
Walk southwest on Castle Street towards Quay Street. Turn right onto Quay Street, then turn left onto Marine Road. The Post Office is 250 feet along this road. 46 Marine Rd, Port Bannatyne, Isle of Bute PA20 0LW
