STEPS AWAY FROM Clearwater Beach! Sand Pearl has 28-day minimum stay per HOA. My Condo has a full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Washer/Dryer in unit, 65 inch TV, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, sofa bed, wifi, cable... Why stay in a hotel when you can have your own home RIGHT ON THE BEACH! Watch those beautiful memorable sunsets right off the balcony! The unit is right across from sand pearl hotel. We are better :)
The condo is fully furnished for all your needs! Spacious 1980 square feet and is literally steps from the beach. Please see updated photos.
You will have your own designated parking spot inside sandpearl garage (spot220). You will have access to all Amenities inside the building including gym, sauna, hot tub, game room, billiards room, meeting rooms, private pool, lounge chairs, bbq grill etc... 24 hour concierge available along with security in building.. you will not be disappointed whatsoever!!! Also across the street is the Sand Pearl hotel that has fine dining!
I'm available when needed. I live in Clearwater and will be present upon your arrival..
You will NOT be permitted to use the HOTEL amenities across the street..
Sand pearl RESIDENCIES and HOTEL are separate.
By agreeing to this transaction you are also agreeing to abide by the following contract:
We are thrilled that you have chosen our luxurious condo to rent for your vacation. We take pride in ensuring that your vacation home is ready for your arrival to give you the most pleasant and relaxing visit. If there is anything we can do to ensure your vacation is even more spectacular than you hoped, please let us know. We want to ensure your vacation is everything you envisioned and more so you will come back year after year and become part of our growing family.
Please let me know the names and ages of everyone who will be staying in the unit. I will be looking for a copy of the driver’s license of everyone over 18 when you check in.
There will be charges against your credit card if after check-out when the rental is inspected there are any damage or losses are found as well as any issues with the rules (see details below).
1.) Number of occupants does not exceed the rental contract. There will be an additional charge of $150.00 per person for any
additional overnight visitors as well as any charges made to Owner by Association for over occupancy charges.
2.) Check in/out according to times arranged.
3.) No damage or loss to building, furniture, fixtures, or appliances. All charges will be based on the walk through after the Move out
4.) Responsible adult over age of 25 years renting property is present during entire visit.
5.) Our rental is non-smoking. By signing this contract, you are stating that you will not smoke in our home. You WILL lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.

7.) All visitors and renters must abide by the rules and regulations of the Condominium Association as well as the Owners rules and regulations as stated below:
1.) Do not move the furniture.
2.) Turn off lights, turn thermostat to 60 degrees in winter and 78 degrees in summer months.
3.) Leave keys on the table. If the key is missing, the cost of a locksmith will be deducted from your deposit. There is a charge for each lost key of $ 150
4.) Close and lock all outside doors and windows and shades.
5.) Adhere to check-out time. If the cleaning crew has to sit outside to wait for guests to leave the property, there will be charges against your credit card.
8.) No Pets unless authorized by the Owners and the Association
Liability / Damage Responsibility:
Renters will be financially responsible for any damages to any property belonging to the Owner or any other person from fire, water, or casualty caused by the Renters negligence. Renter agrees to hold A&H Enterprises harmless from all claims of loss or damages to the property, and on injury or death to persons caused by the intentional acts or negligence of the Renters, this applies to Renters guests or invitees or anyone else on the premises with the Renters consent. Payment for repairs will be due within 7 days of the incident.
Except as provided by Florida law: A&H Enterprises shall not be liable for personal injury or damages or loss of Tenants personal property from theft, vandalism, fire, or any other causes whatsoever. Renters expressly absolve A&H Enterprises from any and all water damage caused by pipes, or storms. In no event will A&H Enterprises be responsible for any compensation due to annoyance, or inconvenience for loss of use due to a casualty which occurs on the premises.
The Renter shall notify A&H Enterprises in writing in the event that they become aware that the condition of the Property or any part of the Property requires any repairs, A&H shall have no personal liability with respect to the violation of any such laws, ordinances, orders or other requirements affecting the Property. To the full extent permitted by law the Renter understands that they are renting at their own risk, A&H will not be held liable for any negligent acts and will be held harmless from any and all loss, damage or expense, including litigation costs and attorney’s fees arising from any liability or claim. A&H assumes NO liability whatsoever for any acts of omission or any liability for any failure to perform. Nor does A&H assume any liability for previously unknown violations of environmental or other regulations which may become known during the period this Agreement is in effect.
During your rental if you have any maintenance issues please contact Michael Gabriel from 9-5 or email the request to (EMAIL HIDDEN) unless it is an emergency then dial 911 and then contact Michael.
