Beautiful, cozy 2 bedroom suite {"Hawaii" and "Bahama" rooms} has a full bath & a PRIVATE exterior entrance to the HEATED pool, DELUXE hot tub, tiki garden, lanai, patio, screened porch, & driveway. The suite sleeps 4 {twins can be combined by guest to make king; conversion bedding provided} & provides luxurious down/feather pillows.


Spaces include 3 TV's {one is a brand-new 40" Smart TV}, WiFi, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker/coffee/supplies, Sound Spa {acoustic relaxation machine} for the light sleeper, alarm clocks, hair dryer, iron/board, remote-controlled ceiling fans, luggage racks, extra sheets/pillows, abundant towels, & more. {If you do not see a particular amenity posted here or within the listing, it is safe to assume that it is not available at this property, so please plan accordingly}. Both the pool & hot tub have fun LED color-changing lights.* The pool and hot tub are for your private use only ~ NO "community" sharing with strangers! There will NEVER be any other people {guests/owner} using the pool, hot tub, patio, screened porch, or back yard while you are a guest. You will have TOTAL privacy. {Also, a folding room divider is provided if extra privacy between the twin beds is desired}. The main house will, of course, be locked/inaccessible so anyone inside it will also have privacy and security.

*The hot tub also sports numerous therapeutic jet cycles and an actual waterfall. Flotation devices, padded lounge chairs, and pool towels are provided. The screened porch, patio, and lanai offer a {small/unstocked} bar, television, rattan furniture, and various sitting areas.

Adorned with dozens of palm trees, colorful hibiscus plants, all-new landscaping, and a charming tiki garden, this property is located in Boynton's most desirable {Intracoastal Waterway} neighborhood. Its street is across from the ocean inlet, and public beaches {Ocean Ridge and Lantana} are less than 10 minutes away by vehicle in either direction! There are also two wonderful waterfront parks next door to play, fish, and/or launch a boat.

Additionally, plentiful marinas are nearby if renting or chartering a boat is on your agenda for world-class fishing in the pristine Gulfstream waters off the East Coast of the Atlantic Ocean. Numerous popular restaurants and excellent shopping are less than a couple miles away, including the Boynton Beach Mall. {Local guide books are provided for your convenience}. However, it's unlikely you'll want to leave this gorgeous property very often to explore so much the area has to offer!**

Please Note: This is a privately owned and managed home. It is NOT a condominium or apartment governed by HOA rules that strictly prohibit short-term renting. Private homes and villas in Florida subdivisions are also governed by HOA rules that strictly prohibit renting for less than 30 days. Our property is not located in a subdivision. Make sure your rental agreement clearly states that the property you are renting is not governed by any such HOA rules! There is absolutely zero chance that you will be reported by a neighbor, visited by a code enforcement officer, and evicted for renting our home illegally. IMPORTANT: The Security Deposit is NOT collected in advance. It is only posted to inform the guest that Airbnb reserves the right to charge them UP to that amount IF there were any damages/losses, the guest smoked inside, and/or the guest had more than 3 additional persons {includes visitors} at the property during their occupancy, etc. Sorry ~ absolutely NO PETS and NO PARTIES allowed, unless the entire home is rented.

HOLIDAY PREMIUMS: The software here does not provide an editing feature for the following holiday premiums to be added to the posted rates prior to a reservation being confirmed. Therefore, $25 will be added to EACH night if reservation includes ANY holiday, including on check-out day, OTHER than the following. $35 will be added to EACH night if reservation includes, even on check-out day, MLK Day, President's Day, or Thanksgiving. $50 will be added to EACH night if reservation includes, even on check-out day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Christmas, or New Year's Eve/Day {$100 if both Christmas and New Year's}. Holiday premiums are non-negotiable and added by the owner after the reservation has been confirmed since, as stated, Airbnb's software does not provide an editing feature for the guest to include them in their request. The guest needs to immediately approve the modification or THEY need to cancel the reservation. Cancellations are subject to Airbnb's posted cancellation policy. The Owner is not responsible for the Guest's failure to properly read this extremely detailed and clear listing as it pertains to holidays, smoking, pets, maximum persons allowed, etc.

OTHER INFO: There is a 4 NIGHT MINIMUM if a national holiday is included, an 8 NIGHT MINIMUM if Thanksgiving or New Year's Eve/Day is included, and a 10 NIGHT MINIMUM if Christmas Eve/Day is included {even on check-out day}.*** Check-in can commence on any day of the week, if available, and we do not charge extra for weekends. Check-in time is 4:00 P.M. and check-out time is 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time, OR guest can choose a 6:00 P.M. check-in and a 1:00 P.M. check-out.

***Please note that if a national holiday is included in a reservation, the remaining home will probably also be rented and/or occupied. If so, the outdoor spaces will need to be shared during this time only.

The entire 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home {sleeps 10} can be rented, and dogs are allowed in this case only. Also, the outdoor grill and outdoor fireplace are only available to guests who rent the entire home. Please advise if interested and the owner will provide the Airbnb listing number for that property, which has a 6 night minimum.


Access to the 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom suite is via the pathway through the arbor along the West side of the house. There is a lock box {code provided morning of check-in} on the right side of the gate that holds the gate key {if locked} and the suite key. The suite is then accessible after walking through the grassed tiki garden and the screened patio.


The owner is available via telephone and/or E-mail throughout the guest's stay to promptly handle any issues that may arise.

The suite is well furnished and compact, equipped wth bar fridge and microwave in one closet. Does not include dishes or cutlery, except coffee mugs. The outdoor space, including the pool area, the lanai and the tiki garden are absolutely awesome. This is the perfect place for a relaxing Florida vacation by the pool. Sarah Elizabeth was responsive and helpful.
