All guests also have access to a very large and fully equipped shared kitchen, including full cooking and laundry facilities for longer stays. On site, off road and free parking with incredible access to public transport make this a perfect base for contractors, professionals and business travelers. Just a few minutes walk to the train station which has direct links to Southampton city centre, Winchester and Portsmouth, as well as bus routes and Southampton airport only a 5 minute drive away.
If you don't fancy cooking you're just a quarter of a mile from Eastleigh town centre, with many chain restaurants and bars (Cheeky Nandos anyone?). There's also a new cinema and arcade as well as several gyms, so you'll find plenty to keep you busy. If you'd just prefer to relax outside the house has a small garden and there's a large public park just up the road.

This property is shared with other guests, and for the comfort of everybody please note:
Please clean up after yourself if you use the kitchen and garden facilities, including washing up after yourself and putting things away for the next guest to use, and putting any rubbish in the bins provided. The space is cleaned every day, but there is no on site cleaner.
No smoking or candles, for everybody's safety.
Sorry no pets allowed, for the comfort of all guests who may have allergies or phobias.
Strictly no parties or events, for the comfort and relaxation of all guests
Please be mindful of our neighbours and other guests. This is a quiet residential, neighbourhood. No noise after 10pm.

Free off road car parking (allocated on a first-come-first-served basis) to the front and rear of the property. Please note that access to the parking is not suitable for very large vehicles/vans. Your 3 family saloon will have plenty of space, but your Winnibego wont. please drop us a message to make sure the parking is suitable if you have any concerns.
