The carpeted music room offers a piano for guest's enjoyment and a carpeted living room off the entrance leads to a formal dining room with seating for 8 people. A fully furnished kitchen offers plenty of space for guests to prepare meals including a kitchen island. Casual dining offers seating for 8-10 people. Guests will feel comfortable in the sunken family room with a fireplace, natural wood beams overhead, comfortable seating, and a small TV. Unique to this home are walls of floor to ceiling windows with unobstructed views of Pikes Peak and sliding doors leading to a walk-out deck. In addition, there is outdoor dining with a view, and an outdoor grill are available within the fenced backyard. The main-level powder bathroom is conveniently located near an exit to the oversized three-car garage.
UPSTAIRS: A dramatic curved staircase carries the natural wood theme to the upstairs with four bedrooms, two more bathrooms, and an upper level laundry room with a front loading washer/dryer.
A spacious master bedroom offers a split king-sized mattress and a sitting area with a couch, a rocking chair and a flat screened TV. The attached master bathroom is bright and features separate dual vanities, a jetted tub, an additional shower enclosure, a private toilet and a large walk-in closet. An ironing board with an iron is available in the master closet.
DOWNSTAIRS: Guests will love the walk-out basement with continued breathtaking views of Pikes Peak. Natural light pours in the lower level or vertical blinds are available for privacy. An additional bedroom in the lower level offers sleeping for two in a queen-sized bed and the fourth bathroom is centrally located. An entertainment area features a larger Smart TV, a Wii system, and comfortable seating with a pull-out couch in the entertainment room that can sleep two additional guests. A unique bar area in the lower level makes this a perfect place for groups to hang out. The adjoining recreation area has an additional gas log fireplace and a foosball table, as well as a large selection of board games. BONUS: Childrens' toys are available in the lower level.
Guests will find this home fully furnished with all necessities for travelers including toiletries, coffee maker and supplies, paper products, blow driers, an ironing board and laundry detergent. Guests will appreciate Central Air during warm Colorado months, and the cozy fireplaces during the colder time of year. This home offers plenty of storage space and space in closets. It also boasts parking for three cars in a spacious garage and additional room for parking in the driveway. Guests will also have 24-hour check-in and check-out availability with code access. A fenced yard surrounds the back yard, but it would not be safe for pets who are unattended. House trained dogs will be considered with prior approval and with a non-refundable pet deposit.
Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of a closet in the lower level. There will be ample storage space in drawers, closets and plenty of open floor space. Guests will have 24-7 code access during the duration of their stay. This home has a fenced backyard, however, it is not secure enough to leave a dog unattended.

This home is centrally located off of I25 and Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs. It is minutes away from downtown Colorado Springs, USAFA, Peterson AFB, UCCS, Colorado College, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak and many tourist destinations in Colorado Springs such as the Olympic Training Center, Old Colorado City, downtown Colorado Springs, the COG Railway, the world-renowned Broadmoor Hotel and dozens of hiking areas. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the miles of hiking and biking trails that surround this home. In addition, the area offers golfing, parks, wildlife, parks, local rodeos and much more. Adventures on the ski slopes or white water rafting is only two hours away as well. This home is less than thirty minutes from the Colorado Springs airport.
