🏡 First Floor
The first floor features three private bedrooms, each with individual access (no shared entry). Every room measures 10 ft × 10 ft with an attached washroom (5 ft × 6 ft).
Though non-AC, the rooms stay naturally cool and comfortable with fresh mountain air, ceiling fans, and a pleasantly chilled climate throughout the evenings and mornings.
Guests can enjoy a common dining area, a beautiful mountain view, and indoor and outdoor board games for a relaxed stay.
🌺 Ground Floor
The ground floor includes two bedrooms:
Family Room: A spacious room with a small upstairs loft that can accommodate four children and two adults. The lower area also provides space for two additional guests and includes a small balcony. The room comes with an attached washroom.
Second Room: Cozy and comfortable, ideal for two guests, also with an attached washroom.
Outdoor & Activities
Step outside to enjoy our open play area, perfect for badminton, cricket, and volleyball — all equipment provided.
For those seeking a bit of adventure, we offer air gun shooting (available at an additional charge).
Evenings are best spent around a cozy bonfire (chargeable), and guests can also opt for a barbecue setup to make the night extra special.
A beautiful river is just 1.3 km away from the homestay — an ideal spot for a short walk, peaceful visit, or scenic photos.

We also offer a selection of organic products for purchase, including Coorgyanic coffee, pepper, honey, Spices and pickles. Our homemade wine is available at a reasonable price for guests who would like to take a taste of the farm home with them.
