My family and I are happy to assist guests/travellers to New Zealand with handy tips and information that will help make your stay more comfortable in Auckland.
We are vegetarian and assure our guests a delicious, fresh and wholesome breakfast each morning.
We are a warm and fun-loving family of five - originally from Zimbabwe, Africa, and migrated to New Zealand 13years ago.
It is very rare to find us all based in our New Zealand family home at the same time (maybe for a month in a year) as we are all avid travellers and are often away for work/travel throughout the year.
My mum and dad, Meena and Kirit, run the show at our beautiful family home in Titirangi. They are both exceptional cooks and always go the extra mile to make sure that everyone is happy. My brother, Jay, is a bush pilot based in Botswana for the last 4 years and my husband, Manoj and I, Bindi are currently in and out of New Zealand managing a family business in Zimbabwe.
We love to host and share our space with fellow travellers that need a relaxing and comfortable home away from home. Both my husband and I are yoga practitioners and if we’re around, we’d be more than happy to share some of our time with our guests for a yoga routine before breakfast or even a 20minute guided meditation.
It is our pleasure to host you! We take great care to maintain our home's aura and serenity. To enable us to enjoy each other and make your stay memorable, we request you to adhere to our Home Rules. They provide some guidelines and useful things to know while staying with us.
Please note that in our efforts to be more environmentally friendly and sustainable, our home is meat and smoke free.
My family and I have our roots in India, though, we go back four generations in Zimbabwe, Africa. New Zealand has been our home for the past 13 years - and we love it!
We are well-travelled. We love to connect with people from all cultures. We honour nature and the environment and do our best to eat, live and tread consciously.
