This apartment is my very own, little bright bubble in the buzzling city of CPH. It is located in a perfectly safe and quiet spot, right behind one of Copenhagen's most historical parks (Søndermarken and Frederiksberg Have) as well as the Copenhagen Zoo. Situated in central Valby, an area in-between two of my favourite areas of Vesterbro (hello hipsters!) and Frederiksberg (classy old charm).
You get the best of both worlds by staying here. Indeed, that's why I love it so much!
An old, charming workers-apartment in great shape. It is newly painted, always clean and has so much charm and cosiness to it. It invites you to take off your shoes, make a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, and have long conversations - either in the sofa or by the selfmade mosaic-tile table and the bench, soaked in lamb-fur.
The kitchen has all the necessities you need to cook up a proper meal. The bathroom has an adorable, old-fashioned "sitting tub" and is covered in white tiles. The characteristic Copenhagen-apartment charm is everywhere in the details of this apartment. The window section in the livingroom is big and lets in sunlight until the night falls, this also due to the fact that the apartment is on the 4th floor (which, by Danish standards, is very high up!).
Altogether, I'm in love with this place, and I hope you will take good care of it.
There is a courtyard which you can access either by the kitchen stairway or by going in the archway from the street. It's super green and inviting in the summer time.
I will be there to help you but I expect you to entertain yourselves (unless I'm free and we have amazing chemistry). I will gladly tell you where it is hot to be in CPH, as I'm myself 1) a huge foodie and wine enthusiast, and 2) born and raised in the city centre and therefore an expert in everything Copenhagen ;)
You may smoke on the balcony.
You must take off your shoes once inside the apartment. Please be careful with the floor as it is painted white. This means that you should have in mind to move furniture around carefully and without scraping on the floor (this includes chairs). Also please don't use the clothing or toiletries in the apartment as well as eat the pasta, rice, dry foods etc. in the kitchen. Otherwise, you can do what you want. Feel at home and enjoy the vibe of the beautiful, old apartment.

Hi! My name is Christine (21) and I'm a student at Copenhagen Business School. I live in a wonderful, little apartment in the quieter area of Copenhagen; Valby. It's super close to the meatpacking district and two beautiful, historic parks. When I'm not working as a student assistant in one of the biggest IT companies in Denmark, I spend a lot of time with my close friends. I go out A LOT - for drinks, shopping, dinner, brunch etc. - hence, I am probably the perfect Dane to ask for all sorts of Copenhagen-related advice.
I have travelled every year since I could barely walk. I have visited more than 20 different countries and have many places left on my Travel-bucket-list, but Copenhagen remains to be my all time favourite city. I feel safe, relaxed and inspired when I walk the streets here. I really hope you enjoy your time in Copenhagen, I'll surely do my best to make you feel comfortable.
Born, raised and completely in love with Copenhagen.
