My place is in Northeast DC, close to the Brookland metro station (red line). I have a newly-renovated row home with a huge backyard, which you also have access to. Guests will have your own bedroom on the basement level with a queen bed and private bathroom.
I hold a business license with the city of Washington DC to operate rental property. My home has been inspected and approved for occupancy.
Four guests maximum; additional fee per guest/per day, after two.
Laid back east coast gal (VA/DC/Philly). I love to cook (& eat!), go to outdoor concerts and check out local and street art. My career is in advertising and I currently work for an international tourism firm, so I'm always eager to flex my travel muscles. I prefer the airbnb method of traveling because I like the idea of getting the local perspective of a city. So any tips or recommendations are greatly appreciated!
I recently bought and renovated a house in the Brookland neighborhood of northeast DC, so I'm relatively new to hosting. But I look forward to welcoming guests to the nation's capital and providing a comfy, convenient place to stay!
