House Rules & Penalties
We do not offer luggage storage prior to check-in.
Late check-out without notice → ¥3,300/hour
Leaving luggage behind after check-out → ¥20,000 + disposal fee
Smoking/incense inside (including balcony) → restoration cost
Moving furniture without permission → ¥10,000 + restoration cost
Damage/loss of items → restoration cost
Disturbing neighbors after 9 PM → eviction with no refund

Please strictly follow check-in/check-out times.
Keep noise levels low after 9 PM.
No mail deliveries to the property.
Avoid long continuous use of hot water (may trigger system stop).
Towels: 1 set per person per stay (please wash & reuse).
