Whoever you are, if you like the city and its attractions, you'll like my 80m2 (2 separate bedrooms + living room w. open kitchen): theatres, movie theatres, restaurants, cafes, parks, monuments, subway and transport, swimming pool, shops and malls. Everything at walking distance. At the same time, my place is quiet and cosy, you won't be bothered by any noise (unless the neigbours argue loudly-it happens sometimes and it's weird, but well...that's life, isn't it)?
Interior decoration and design have been my thing for years. All You'll see in my place was born in my head. I love to recycle, upcycle, reuse, reinvent...and I hate spending billions I don't have for the right shade of blue. My place is minimalistic, but most people I know like it. I hope you'll enjoy it too. It was decorated with love!
There are two bedrooms which give you a lot of privacy: one is smaller than the other one, but closer to the bathroom. If you need comfort, 4 is the perfect number of people that will enjoy staying here. If you're a bunch of people wanting to stay together, and you don't mind sleeping on the couch or an emergency mattress, the flat fits 6. :)
Besides a storage part, where I keep my things, the whole place will be yours!
I won't be there, since I'm going to spend a few months in southern Poland, but my son will welcome you and you can call him to ask him questions during your stay. He knows Warsaw well and he'll certainly be able to help you and answer the questions you might have.
We're quite flexible with your arrival hours, but you have to be aware that my son is a student, and his schedule depends pretty much on his university hours. He lives pretty far away as well, so very late arrival hours might be complicated to cope with. But, as I said before, we will do our best.
You'll be in the middle of everywhere and almost everything is at walking distance. Enjoy!
If you come with babies or toddlers, you're most welcome to stay at my place, but be aware that my house doesn't have any facilities or security items to keep them safe, since my son is 20 now. If you come with a pet, I trust that you will keep the courtyard and the flat clean. If you invite friends or make a party, it's fine with me, as long as you don't disturb the neighbours.
- Strict non smoking policy.
- You break, You pay (that's what Airbnb's security warranty is for)
- You acknowledge that babies and toddlers are welcome, but that there is nothing special in the flat to keep them safe and You'll have to take care of it yourself
- You can organise dinners and parties, but be respectful of the neighbours. After 10 pm, there is a strict "silent hours" policy in Poland.
-If you come with a pet, clean after it as if it was your own courtyard and your own house. It will help next people to come with their pet as well.
- Feel free to use the whole space, but respect my "storage area", which is closed and not for guests
-When borrowing books, make sure to put them back on the shelf before leaving
-When leaving you may be asked to leave keys in the mailbox. Please don't forget! I have a limited amount of them. :)
