Judy, my listing clearly states that it is one room with a queensize bed and an air mattress available upon request for a 3rd person so giving me only 4/5 stars for "cleanliness" because you didn't read the listing properly before booking is very unfair. The room was spotlessly clean and so was all of the bedding. And again, giving me 4/5 stars for "accuracy" for the same reason is very unfair as my listing clearly states there is a queen bed and air mattress upon request. The star ratings you have given in your feedback are for my listing only, not the airbnb company itself, many airbnb listings do not provide breakfast and my listing does not state that I provide breakfast. Maybe next time you should read the listing properly before you book. Also "Communication" 4/5 stars - this is MY listing you are placing feedback on, not the Airbnb platform as a whole, but you gave me 4/5 stars for “communication” because you had issues providing your ID to Airbnb, this communication issue you had was with Airbnb, not with me, so it shouldn't be reflected on your review of MY listing. Just bear this in mind next time you review an Airbnb room. I am particular about providing a clean room for guests and rely on good reviews to get my bookings and it is not fair to get a watered down review when not deserved.
