My 2000 sq.ft. home is situated in a quiet subdivision of California Park in South Chico. The room features a queen sized bed and a flat screen TV with Netflix, commercial-free Hulu, HBO, Pandora, and a many other Roku channels. You'll have your own private bathroom with toiletries. You're welcome to use the kitchen and you can help yourself to coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. My home is very GLBTQ friendly.
My house is serene, clean, and quiet. You'll have privacy and I will accommodate you as best I can with toiletries, coffee/tea, and a smile. The room is a nice size and the bed has a memory foam topper. There is a closet and drawers for long termers. Smoking is ok on the patio.

I am a 48-year-old university professor. I currently serve as chair of the sociology department at Chico State where I've worked for 18 years. My name is pronounced like it rhymes with Gandhi.
I'm a native of Baltimore. I love friendly cats and dogs. I'm a social butterfly, but I typically stay to myself to read, grade papers, or listen to music. I drink socially. I do not smoke nor do drugs.
If you'd like to know anything about me, just ask. I'm an open book.
