It's a short 5-8 minute stroll to both Coogee Beach and The Spot in Randwick; 20 minute bus trip to the city; 15-20 minute walk or bus ride to The University of NSW (UNSW) and 5-10 minute walk to The Prince of Wales Hospital. There is a bus stop at the end of the street with transportation to almost anywhere in Sydney.
This modern private apartment has just been fully renovated and I can't wait to share it with you. It is set up on the highest point of Coogee and has stunning views overlooking Coogee and the ocean. It is set on the ground level of a beautiful 1915 heritage home, across the road from a lovely park with a play area for children and two tennis courts free to the public. It's a perfect spot to watch Coogee's 9pm New Year's Eve fireworks.
The front door is fitted with a keyless entry code pad so you won't need to worry about picking up keys or losing them. I will provide you with your own personalised entry code on your arrival.
Bedroom One has a queen size bed and a large built in wardrobe.
Bedroom Two has a bunk bed and a set of drawers and shelves. Please note this bedroom is really small and for safety children under 6 years should not sleep on the top bunk.
The apartment also offers a unique cozy cave-like room with a single bed and a little area with books and games. This space is perfect for children.
The apartment has been fitted with a new kitchen and all new appliances including electric stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.
Brand new washing machine and dryer with quality washing powder and fabric softener.
Ducted vacuum system.
Television - The Smart TV allows you to log into your own Netflix, YouTube, etc accounts.
You will have private access to the whole of Unit 6. You can also sit and enjoy the views from the shared front common area.
My family and I live in the building so you will see us around. If you need assistance with anything you can either knock on my door or give me a call.

I often get asked about the security deposit; here is the official Airbnb description of how it works:
"How does Airbnb handle security deposits?
Hosts can add a security deposit to their listing, as long as they add it before a reservation is booked.
If a host wants to make a claim on the security deposit, they must do so within 14 days of the checkout date or before a new guest checks in, whichever is earlier. If a claim is made, Airbnb will mediate and collect payment from the guest, as necessary.
Security deposits can't be handled off-site in cash, as off-site payments are a violation of our terms.
What happens if a host makes a claim on my security deposit?
When you book a listing with a security deposit, your payment details are stored but not charged or authorized for the deposit unless the host makes a claim. The host has 14 days from your checkout date to make a claim on the deposit for damages to their property.
What to expect if a host reports damages
If your host makes a claim on your security deposit, here’s the process that will be followed:
1. We'll ask for documentation from the host, and as soon as we receive it, we'll ask them to contact you through Airbnb’s Resolution Center to discuss the claim. If your host sends you a request, you'll be notified by email and through an alert on your Dashboard.
2. Reply to your host's request in the Resolution Center within 72 hours. Your response will depend on whether or not you agree to the amount requested by the host:
* Agree to the amount: Click Acceptin the Resolution Center. We'll process your payment and send it to your host, which usually takes 5 to 7 business days.
* Don't agree to the amount: Click Involve Airbnb in the Resolution Center and let us know why you think your host's claim is invalid. We'll contact you and give you 72 hours to respond to us so we can mediate.
In any case, we'll make sure you and your host are represented fairly and gather any details and documentation needed to reach a resolution. Most security deposit claims will be resolved within one week.
Documentation from hosts
Communication through email is required in order to collect needed documentation from the host, which will include photos and/or video along with receipts, invoices, written estimates, or links to comparable items denoting actual cash value for repair or replacement. If we determine money is owed based on documentation and communication from both parties, we will move forward with collecting from the deposit. We reserve the right to collect payment from you using the payment details we have on file."
