Quiet condo with easy access to bars, parks, running trails, kayaking, yoga studios, original shopping, and finely-executed local restaurants. It's 3/4 of a mile to historic Clarksville, 1.5 miles from UT and the Drag, and 2 miles to the downtown district. We have 4 bikes available for rental!
Modern style softened with Spanish tile and vintage furniture in this roomy 1960s condo. 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full: memory foam firm mattresses); sleeps four people comfortably.
The space is a first-floor unit in a 1960s condo building. It's our first home! I've enjoyed staying in AirBNBs while traveling and I'm excited to offer the same hospitality to other travelers now.
Back patio, 2 parking spaces, laundry facility on property.
Aside from rentals, this is our full-time home. We reserve some closet space for guests.
We will be available via phone or text.
Please reach out with any questions or requests for amenities not listed here. I'm happy to help out, offer suggestions, and work with you!
This is a small condo complex with quiet hours after 10 p.m. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. We have never had any complaints and we'd like to keep it that way. This means you can get a great night of rest!
Biking is a great way to get around Austin! We love riding and are pleased to rent our bicycles to you for a nominal fee through Spinlister (it's like AirBNB for bikes). If you're interested, let me know and I'll send you details, or search for my bikes on there in the zipcode 78703.
HOWEVER, if the bikes are not rented through Spinlister, they are NOT TO BE REMOVED from the condo or ridden under any circumstances.

My husband and I have traveled on AirBNB for a couple years - for vacations, for our honeymoon, and to compete at track meets and marathons across the country! We love being active at home and away, and are always looking for places to run, bike, do yoga, or just catch a great sunset.
We work 9-to-5 jobs during the week, and on the weekend we work at a running specialty store (Jake) and a local coffee shop (me). Life in Austin is pretty great and we're excited to share that with guests.
