Welcome to your cozy guest room with private en-suite bathroom and featuring rare-for-SF heating and air conditioning (central/shared). The room is thoughtfully designed with brand-new and stylish furnishings and a spacious walk-in closet to comfortably store all your essentials.
Settle in on the ultra-comfortable king-size hybrid memory-foam mattress for a perfect night’s sleep, wrapped in soft, high-quality bedding. To help you unwind, the room includes a HoMedics white-noise machine and an essential oil diffuser for a calming, spa-like ambiance.
You’ll find everything you need to make yourself at home, including luggage racks, ample closet space, and fresh waffle bathrobes and slippers for added comfort.
Your suite also includes thoughtful extras such as a Keurig coffee machine with complimentary pods and creamer, a 65” HD Smart TV, and a Tushy bidet.
Feel free to enjoy the shared spaces including: The vibey patio with beautiful city views, living room and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. We may use the kitchen occasionally, but we mostly stay in our room to ensure you have plenty of privacy.
Start your day with a workout in the shared gym, then relax on the rooftop terrace with stunning city views, BBQ grills, and comfortable seating. You’re also welcome to enjoy the community game room, featuring foosball, shuffleboard, and a pool table. In our building, you’ll find an additional outdoor terrace on the second floor with a barbecue and fireplace—perfect for unwinding in the evening.
Paid parking is available directly across the street for added convenience. Metered street parking is also available nearby, and limited free street parking can be found in the area. Please be mindful of posted street-sweeping signs and time restrictions, as most street parking is limited to 2–4 hours between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

We do live in the apartment full-time but we offer two separate listings: one for our guest bedroom when we're in San Francisco, and another for the entire apartment when we’re away on vacation.
For your privacy, all rooms lock from the inside, though not from the outside. Rest assured, we will never enter your room during your stay. We also ask that you please respect our space and avoid entering the area next to the kitchen.
Our apartment is in a large complex and near a busy street, so there can be noise at times. To help with that, we’ve provided the Hometics white noise machine in the room. There is also ongoing construction across the street, but with the windows closed, we do not hear this.
