This expansive, centrally located 1.5-bedroom/1-bath apartment is surrounded by hedges and a private gated entrance, offering a calm and secluded base for guests staying a month or longer in LA.

The bedroom includes a king-size bed with an organic Avocado mattress and pillows for a great night’s sleep. Generous closets hold extra sheets, comforters, and towels for longer stays.

A large living room features a Roku flat screen TV and a new oversized comfortable sofa ideal for relaxing or hosting an additional guest. 

A dedicated workspace with an ergonomic Knoll office chair makes working from home easy.

The newly renovated kitchen includes new appliances, a wide range of cookware, and an in-house washer / dryer.

Ring security, AC, and central heat are also provided.

Situated in one of the most central parts of Los Angeles, the residence is a short walk from multiple grocery stores, cafés, bars, restaurants, shops, gyms, and art galleries.

The apartment is enclosed by tall hedges with its own gated entrance, offering a sense of privacy and quiet in the center of Hollywood. A parking spot may be available upon request.
