The Flat is small but very warming and has all the facilities ! You should really come !!!
Please contact me if you wish to receive more pictures of the flat or if you have any questions on this. I will be happy to answer you!
Best wishes to you all and see you soon in Paris !!
Guests can (and should) contact me if they have any questions or remarks. They can reach me through my cell phone number via messages or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)
One thing that is important to me is trust and respect, when possible, I really prefer to have a phone conversation before the guests' arrival (just to get to know each other and see if you have any other questions) and to give the keys myself. I think it is nicer to actually meet the persons that are staying in my flat. Therefore, I will be there to show you around and explain how things work (nothing very complicated don't worry). I will provide linen and towels, and some groceries for breakfast only (coffee, milk, tea, sugar, butter, jam, bread...).
I am a non smoker but if you do smoke and can not resist, I expect you to do it at the kitchen window only and try to renew the air by opening the window as much as possible.
Concerning the housekeeping, nothing really massive as well, but I would appreciate that before leaving, the guests remove the linen of the bed, leave the towels they used in the tub, do the dishes they used and maybe empty their trash.
The building is very quiet so I would also appreciate if my guests did not make too much noise aft(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)cally I would expect the guests to treat this flat as if it was their own.

French-Italian girl, I am 34yo, non-smoker, former Cultural field worker (project manager) and now journalist and I have been living in Paris for nearly 10 years now.
I came to Paris mainly because of love and work and now I think it has become my real home though I love travelling and each time I go to great cities like London, Madrid, Rome or New York I feel like I could live there as well.
That's why I like Airbnb's concept so much, travelling wherever you want with sometimes the tiniest budgets and still get to live the real experience of a place.
I got to know Airbnb in 2010, for my 30th birthday where I planned to go and celebrate in New York with a friend! This was a dream coming true really. We stayed in that amazing place in Soho and had an incredible time. I wish I could help people do the same in Paris by staying in my flat.
It is not that big but it is cosy and convenient and very welcoming !
Therefore I hope to hear from you very soon !
