Delightful light airy 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in the central London "village" of Pimlico.Newly rennovated and is my home when I'm not travelling.
Easy walking distance to Victoria Station,Sloane Square & Kings Road (shopping!),Buckingham Palace,Westminster Abbey and the River Thames, with great transport links and handy local neighbourhood cafes and shops.
The apartment was entirely rennovated in early 2016, so everything is top notch. It's a sophisticated, gorgeous homely space.
Thanks for looking at my apartment, which is in pretty, leafy and central Pimlico (SW1), a hop and skip down the road from Buckingham Palace, Westminster and Chelsea. The nearest tube is Victoria line (a few mins walk from my flat), and the area is safe.
The building is a classic period building, white stucco/brick fronted, and the ceilings are very high, which makes the place light and airy. I've recently totally renovated the flat - new central heating, electrics, bathroom, kitchen, wooden flooring, woodwork, paintwork etc - so it's in a gorgeous condition. I've got all usual mod cons - from dishwasher, to flat screen tv, to wireless internet. There is even a jacuzzi bathtub in the bathroom to the master bedroom.
Please note that the flat is my home (not a space I rent out all the time). I will clear drawers and wardrobe space for you, but otherwise my things will be in the flat. The upside is that if you rent at Christmas time, the likelihood is that a Christmas tree will be up, and I try and leave any guests a cake for when they arrive.
The flat itself has two good sized double bedrooms, and 4 people can stay comfortably here. The flat is split across a few levels, which makes it feel quite spacious - however (as with many converted London properties) it has a unique character and charm with the many levels.
Pimlico is a hidden gem in London. There are plenty of local restaurants - I've listed some on here, and will leave you more ideas in the flat. Sloane square is a short walk away, as is Victoria, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and Belgravia. The transport system around here is excellent (Oxford Street takes 5 minutes to get to by tube), and my flat can be reached by public transport 24/7.
I'm a huge London fan, so can help you decide how you want to spend your time in London (if you like!), and pass on my hints and tips for things to do in the city. I'll leave a comprehensive pack out with local maps, restaurants, galleries etc, as I love to pass on my local knowledge.
Please do feel free to email me with any questions you have about the flat or about London - I'll be very honest with you, and try to be as helpful as possible.
You can access the entire flat
If I'm not there to greet you in person, I'll leave you keys in a keysafe just outside the door (which is easy to use, got a new one recently). I'll be on email/(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)/phone, so you can get hold of me if you need anything during your stay.
- Prefer that shoes are removed inside
- This is my home (not a place that is let out all the time) - please treat it with respect, and leave it as you found it
- Please close windows and lock all doors each time you go out

I'm very sociable and absolutely LOVE London - you'd think after having lived here for years, and having travelled the world, I would be bored...not yet :-)
Other than London generally, the things that I love are:
- marmite (I cannot live without it)
- chocolate (ditto)
- the cold side of the pillow
- house music
- hosting dinner parties.
I'm also pretty open, so you can ask me just about anything!
