I feel always sad when reading that a client has not been totally satisfied by the property and our services, because that's our aim, and looking at all the reservations and comments it seems that we always succeed in those efforts.
However with Daniel the satisfaction is obviously not there, and that the first time that such a situation happen to me.
Daniel did reserved the apartment knowing all about it, since the photos are clear and describe reality of it, as well as the size of the apartment which is meant for 2 persons.
When Daniel says that it was difficult to communicate with us, he just forget the 23 messages exchanged in between us and some phone calls, right from the beginning of his reservation till the end to organize his check out.
He forget to say that, though it's a 2 persons apartment, he came with his baby, for whom we did provide a baby cot, with his dog, and 2 bicycles , which was parked in the apartment, because Sir Daniel didn't want to let it attached in the courtyard of the building. Yes I admit that I was a bit scared about those 2 bikes in the apartment due to the damage that can be caused on the walls , furnitures and decoration. My aim is to provide apartment in a perfect condition, with no scratches.
Maybe Daniel is a bit upset because , though we have a cleaning service for 50€ (cleaning all apartment, change of linen and towels) which was refused, we have had to urgently come to the apartment because of water leaking. We discover that after a month of not cleaning the apartment, the shower drain was stoppered by all sorts of things, and of course water overflow!!.
Maybe Daniel is a bit upset because, due to the length of his stay the payment was due in 2 times, and for the second part I have had to go through the Airbnb services to be successfully paid!!
In conclusion I am sad about this situation of course, and still surprise about this aggressive comments when all the truth is not said and with honesty.
