My apt is just 10-min taxi / train ride from JR Shinjuku station. The neighborhood is so quiet and beautiful. You can find many chill restaurants and lovely cafes and experience our local life in Tokyo. It's the cozy and stylish apt, so good for couples and a solo adventurer. The beautiful Yoyogi Park is close to here. Also, you can go to Shibuya, Ebisu or Harajuku within 20 mins. If you would like to explore our local spots in Tokyo, this area is perfect! Enjoy your trip in Tokyo!
It's a well-designed apt in a lovely neighborhood. The room is one-room type but spacious enough for 2 guests. It's cozy but more spacious than average one-room apt in Tokyo. You can live like a local in Tokyo. If you open the curtain, there is a big window, so it's warm and bright in the daytime. Double size mattress is so comfortable even for those who have pains in their backs.
This is my residential apt, so there are a few my personal belongings. It's not a lot but it would be great if you could understand it and would not touch things not necessary for your stay.
This is one-room type apt, so you can access everywhere from bathroom to sleeping area. Please do not touch drawers and closet.
It's up to guests and my schedule but I'm happy to grab coffee / drinks with guests if they would like me to show around the city . Also, feel free to ask me about trip tips.
There are slopes on your way from the station to my apt, so if you have big and heavy luggage I recommend you to take a TAXI from Shinjuku station. It costs only 570 yen (5USD) from south exit at JR Shinjuku station. I don't expect guests to use electronic stove because of fire safety just in case.
- No guests without reservation
- No shoes in the room
- Do not draw your suitcase in the room as the floor gets damaged
- Keep the room CLEAN and leave the room as it is when you checkin
- Do not touch drawers, closets or other stuff. You can only use the stuff on the available stuff list.
- Do not sleep and eat things on the couch
- Save water, save electricity
