Thank you for your review, which we always appreciate in order to improve our guests' experiences. I am so sorry to read that you found your room '' quite dusty and not perfectly clean'', which sadly you never complained about during your two weeks's stay with your girlfriend, despite being asked repeatedly if you were comfortable with your accommodation. Just to point out that guests who take away their keys prevent access to their rooms for cleaning, which I believe was the situation on most occasions. We highly regard the privacy of our guests, as well as the security of their possessions so although we have emergency keys to access your room, it is not done unless necessary. I am, however, pleased to read that the room was cleaned whenever you requested it/left your key for your room to be accessed. I hope when it was cleaned, it was to your satisfaction.
O dear! (about the air conditioner's remote control). I am sure that this could have easily been rectified, had this been reported to us. As with all electronic appliances, these mishaps can occur at anytime (unpredictably) and I apologise sincerely for the inconvenience caused. As you have now drawn our attention to it, the remote control will be changed immediately. Thank you.
