Shell residences where this unit is located is close to Ocean Park Manila, Star City, Seaside Amusement Park, art and culture, restaurants and dining of different cuisines, and great views - the famous Manila Bay sunset. You’ll love my place because of the location very accessible, the hospitable people, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. My place is best for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families (with kids).
The condo unit is ideal for 3 persons. It has a total floor area of 26 sqm. The balcony is perfect for a couple where they can enjoy and relax with a beautiful view of the pool.
This is a 1-bedroom unit complete with real double size bed and a pull out bed, wardrobe closet, vanity corner and split-type air-conditioning.
Toilet and bath are located near the main door. There are shelves in the toilet where you can place your toiletries, make up and other toilet/bath essentials.
4-seater table and basic dining wares are provided for dining convenience.
Entertainment area is furnished with ~42inch TV with cable channels and cozy sofa set.
Kitchen has basic cooking wares and appliances such as electric stove, fridge, rice cooker, pots and pans.
Guests can access all parts in the unit except for the restricted cabinet where the supplies are stored. Our staff will give a brief orientation about the unit during check in.
Common areas such as the lobby and the pool area are accessible without charge. However, using the swimming pool, gym and function areas are for a fee. Please advise us ahead of time should you need to use any of the amenities in the condo so we can provide you details of the fees.
Our staff will meet the guest in the lobby of Tower D. Please notify us of your time of arrival in the condo so our staff will be there on time.

It is important to note that for the safety of our personnel, check in or check out beyond 9PM or earlier than 7AM is not permitted. Please arrange with me your time of arrival and departure before booking to avoid inconvenience.
To ensure responsible electricity usage, guests are requested to turn off all electricity when they are not in the unit. An electricity allowance of 20kwh per night is included in the rental rate. This is more than 12-hour straight aircon usage. Usage in excess of this allowance will be charged with a minimum rate of P15/kwh.

- Garbage room is near our unit. Please dispose or put away all garbage every day to avoid ants or cockroaches infesting the place. Garbage collectors are roaming every 10:00-10:30AM and 7:00-7:30PM daily. There is also a Garbage room outside near the floor Lift.
- Please do not hang any clothes in the balcony
- Kindly provide us a copy of government issued ID (e.g. passport, driver's license) for building admin's registration
- Paid Parking Space in Shell Commercial Strip First 2 hours- Php 30.00 Succeeding hourly rate until 9PM- Php 20.00 Overnight Fee(9pm-9AM)- Php 200.00
