Roby Apartment is a cosy 78 m² flat featuring elegant wooden ceilings and warm, bright rooms, perfect for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a comfortable stay in the heart of the city. It is located on the first floor (no lift) of a building in the heart of the characteristic San Niccolò district and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The flat is on two levels.
On the lower floor, there is a large living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette equipped with an induction hob, traditional oven and microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

The upper floor has two bedrooms — one double and one with two single beds — designed to ensure privacy and comfort for every guest. The house has two bathrooms: one complete with a large glass shower and one with a toilet, perfect for a practical and functional stay.

Guests also have access to free Wi-Fi, TV, hot/cold air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, ensuring a practical and comfortable stay.
