This brand new modern 3 level townhouse is in a very quiet street overlooking tree lined St Kilda East. The house is light filled and very comfortable. As this is our family home it is fully kitted with everything you may need for your stay. The kitchen is stocked with the main food staples such as sugar, oils, jams, butter, milk etc. There is a Jura coffee machine and many cooking appliances. Entertainment with 60 Inch LG smart TV and subscription to Netflix .
Please note there are 2 ensuites at my property and 1 powder room. (3 toilets in total) The main living area and kitchen is situated on the middle floor. The middle and top floor balconies look out over a quiet little road. The 2 carpeted bedrooms and ensuites are cosy and offer a lovely quiet retreat after a hectic day out. Each bedroom has BIR with hangers. The third bedroom has a BIR plus a small desk and chair for office work and is situated on the bottom floor.
One bedroom has a queen size bed, whilst the other 2 have a single bed each. There is a powder room on the middle floor. The windows are all double glazed. The house is most suitable for 4 people. Please let me know if you wish to have 5.
Washing machine and detergent are provided along with ironing board and all linen is included.
The stove top is gas operated and oven is electrical.
You can use my whole home. Street parking at the front of house is available and not restricted.
I am available to offer help during your stay. I will meet you on arrival and please let me know if you need anything and I can attend to it.
Please note in the second upstairs bedroom there is a Cocoon Nest cot. It is currently being used as a junior bed by my daughter, so is suitable for toddlers. I can provide a highchair, baby linen plus a selection of children's toys on request.
Please request this separately as a note to us when you book & I will ensure these items are available for you when you arrive.
- As this is our family home please respect it as if it was your own. Please keep neat and tidy.
- It is a quiet street and all the neighbours know each other, so please be respectful of our neighbours.
-No outdoor shoes on carpeted areas please.
-The person checking in must match the person who made the reservation. We have the right to verify via drivers licence or passport.
-We provide nice towels, however if you are planning to apply tanning solution or any bleaching products please use the towels set aside for this purpose.
-Any significant damage will result in loss of security deposit.
