My roommate and I are chill, alternative folk who live 25 min by subway from the Lower East Side, Manhattan. Our living room is the perfect place for NYC travelers to crash in during short stays in the city, whether attending parties, concerts, or other events. The space itself is a decked-out home theatre with a 120-in projector screen, surround sound, soundproofing, and access to Netflix, Hulu, HBO Go, and Amazon.
Good for 1-3 people, but can accommodate more.
Our living room space is a home theatre with a 120-inch projector screen, surround sound, soundproofing, and access to Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, HBO Go, Youtube, and many other channels via Roku.
We have a foam floor mattress, an air mattress, and a spacious, L-shaped couch, as well as a large indoor hammock as sleeping options.
You will have access to the home theatre/living room, the kitchen, and the bathroom. You're free to use the stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee press, water kettle cookware, tableware, and silverware in the kitchen to store and make your own food, space permitting, as long as you clean up after yourself.
Either my roommate or I will welcome you and show you around at the start of your stay. If we have friends over, you're welcome to join us in our parties.
