Therefore, if your stay is primarily for frequent or intensive cooking, and your utility usage significantly exceeds normal levels, we reserve the right to report the case to Airbnb and reject any extension of your stay.
We have installed smart meters in each unit that monitor water and electricity usage 24/7. If your consumption exceeds the set threshold, it will trigger an alert in our system.
