We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay and you believed the suite to be below average. We try to accommodate all of our guests needs and provide an above average experience and we did the same for you, allowing you to check in early, have an extra guest above the maximum 4, and providing you with additional supplies beyond the starter amount. As previously mentioned, this is a basement suite and there will be some noise transference from upstairs; however, we mentioned that you needed to keep your suite door closed to reduce noise and we had to close your door for you and send you a reminder message. There is nothing we can do about the sound of us walking and the subsequent creaking, but that is the nature of basement suites and we expect that is a universal concern for those renting in a basement, and again, we try to offset this by providing excellent value.
Also, we chose to go out of town for the second night of your stay, so the house should have been completely silent for the second half of your stay. We are sorry that the beds were not up to your standard, however two of the three beds are new and you mentioned that you had issues with all three beds, so perhaps this is a personal preference issue. Finally, we mentioned in the messages previous to your stay that we had newborn twins and our biggest concern was whether their crying would be heard between the floors and we showed extreme care in attending to them in a timely manner and even travelling out of town to alleviate that concern, and as you didn't mention them at all, we can safely assume that you didn't hear their cries but again, that did involve some midnight walking on our part, and again, our apologies.
