Unique historic building in a fabulous neighborhood ...... this a very special place to experience.
It was built in the 1880s as a carriage house and converted into a living space (upstairs) and photography studio (downstairs) in 2005.
Within three blocks of 4 of AirBnB's 5 "Best of the Best of Denver"....Linger, Root Down, Little Man Ice-cream, and Williams & Graham... so the location is ideal.

This is an beautiful historic carriage house from the turn of the century with lots of exposed brick, wood beams and an elevator loft with all the great workings of an old elevator. Open layout, original wood floor, original beam ceiling and lots of light make it cozy and comfortable yet still very spacious.
The Loft is in the middle of the block since it was build as a "barn" or carriage house in the late 1880s. Hay was stored upstairs and carriages and tools downstairs. It was connected to stables on the east side where neighbors kept their horses.
Your key waits for you in a lockbox upon your arrival.
It is on the second floor so please note there are stairs to climb to access it.
If you are arriving early let me know and if I can accommodate you earlier I'm happy to.
I love meeting travelers and learning of different life adventures. I travel a lot myself and sadly don't get to meet all of my guests. We have keys waiting for you in a secure lock box so you may have easy access as soon as you arrive.
Feel free to text or call whenever you have a question or concern. I am usually able to respond within an hour if not immediately.
There are wooden stairs leading up to the loft....please be sure everyone in your group is comfortable with stairs.
Denver's central transportation station is a mile away and offers train service directly to the airport.
- This is a second floor unit and stairs are required to access it. Please be aware there is no elevator. Thanks!
I'm a portrait and wedding photographer working and playing in Denver, Boulder and around the country and world. When I'm not working, I'm trail running in foothills, cycling wherever I can, or riding my horse into the sunset. So much to do and enjoy in Colorado.
This is an old carriage house from the turn of the Century. It is in the middle of the block since neighbors shared the space for carriages and hay was stored upstairs.
Through love and sweat we converted this wonderful space into living up and photo studio down. Now we get to share it with others!
I love meeting others through AirBnB and am excited to share this unique space with other adventurers.
