We are saddened of the guest's conclusion of our property. Cleanliness is a priority for us and we do ensure that the property is well cleaned before any guests occupy them. At the same time we are regretful to hear of the guests experience while staying in our property. With regards to the design of the property , it is clearly stated on the advert in Airbnb and supported with pictures for the guests to view and guest may also ask or inquire to us about the property before booking. Due to the existing maintenance with Phuket Electric Association, there was intermittent power outage that caused the electricity to be cut off and this is already beyond our control but still we apologized to the guests for the inconvenience that it may caused to them. Rest assured that this electric issue has already been taken care of and has been resolved. We also ensure that our properties are ready for use upon guests arrival and this includes ensuring locks on the doors as we value guest’s privacy and security. We have taken note of these complaints when the guest was in house. And we did immediately send a staff to cater to all of the guest’s concerns. Thereafter we did not hear back and concluded that the issue has already been resolved. Our guests are encouraged to notify us immediately for any concerns regarding the property while they are occupying it. We have staff assigned to cater as promptly as possible to any help they need while staying with us until everything is settled for them.
And finally, as for the communication barrier, we do hire staff whose English level is working proficient. We have guests of different nationalities and this is one factor to consider in terms of communication. One thing we can assure, is that our staff assists our guests the best way they can despite of any expected language hindrance. Majority of our guests are happy with the service of our staff but sometimes the staff of our residence can be misconstrued as rude because of the language differences between the guests and our staff.
