Montville Magic is set on twelve acres and is a wonderful place to relax, rest and rejuvenate. Set off the road it offers the best of both worlds -the opportunity laze by the pool in summer or cosy up by the fire in winter or to explore all the Sunshine Coast Hinterland has to offer. We are close to many Hinterland wedding venues and the charming village of Montville is only three minutes away. The beaches of Mooloolaba and the surf of Alexandra Headland are only 25 minutes away.
Montville Magic is a bright and airy home boasting three decks - all with magnificent views to the Coast. The main deck has a seating area plus an outdoor table setting for eight along with a barbecue. The deck overlooks the saltwater pool where you can cool off whilst admiring the superb coastal views.
Three modern bathrooms serve four generous bedrooms and in addition a large rumpus room provides a sofabed and a get away area for the kids! Kids ( and big kids) are catered for with playstation and Wii plus 100's of DVD's to choose from.
There is a fully equipped kitchen for whipping up gourmet meals ( should you be inspired!) and plenty of seating for everyone.
The house is very light with lots of glass to maximize the views. Cooling upstairs is provided by fans plus reverse cycle air conditioning. The bedrooms all have fans - either upright or ceiling. In winter the log burner warms the house along with the reverse cycle air conditioning if needed.
There is plenty of storage with built in and walk in robes.
WiFi is available at no additional charge.
Guests can access the whole house and acreage. There are three houses scattered over the 12 acres - each private from the other but, as with anywhere, please be mindful of the neighbours.
Where possible we will be there to meet you at the property but beyond that we are available as much or as little as you like. Should you need anything we are only a phone call away.
There is plenty of parking for guests as the house is set off the road on what is essentially a 100m private driveway for the property. The carport will house two cars and the driveway many more!
Please be aware that the absolute maximum number of guests we can accommodate is ten and this includes any children. Unfortunately any requests to exceed this number will have to be politely declined.
Non-shedding small dogs i.e. Poodle crosses are allowed. Please discuss other pets before booking. Please note the property is not fenced.
The maximum number of guests is limited to 10 - please do not request to book more than ten as we will have to politely decline.
