Nuevo Vallarta beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, with warm water and a very thin-sand beach.

In the afternoons you can relax in the condo´s covered balcony to watch the sunset as the sun goes down in beautiful Punta de Mita.

You can buy groceries and snacks in the OXXO store located beneath the prestigious hotel RIU PALACE, just 100 meters away from the residential complex.

Shopping Mall is located at just 10 minutes walking time. Bus to town every 20 minutes. The charming town of Bucerias is just 5 minutes away by car or 20 minutes walking down the beach

Only 15 minutes away from Puerto Vallarta´s International Airport and Taxi cabs are easy to obtain, as Acqua is located just a few meters away from 2 major hotels.

You will be greeted by my property manager, who will gladly accomodate you and give you advice and tips about Vallarta.

Due to HOA rules, our studio is allowed to host a maximum of 4 people, including children/babies. Security personnel at the main gate won´t allow a single person that exceeds the studio´s limit of 4 people.

Mascots are absolutely not allowed by HOA rules. Entrance will be denied to guests that try to introduce mascots to the condominium or they will be asked to leave if security sees a guest with a mascot inside the premises.
