Beautiful one story spacious house conveniently located in a cul-de-sac, in the West side. This great, nicely and fully furnished home features 3 good size bedrooms, 2 full baths, open kitchen, breakfast area, living room, and a nice big backyard.
Great price for long stays (+ one month)
Perfect location in a safe neighborhood. Very close to Walt Mart, Sunland Park Mall and I- 10.
The house is fully equipped with kitchen appliances, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, blender and coffee maker.

Gina did not stay in the property and requested a full refund. Check in is usually in the afternoon. I happily agreed to an early checkin - at 9 am- to accommodate her, if she was ok with the property manager coming in the morning to check and clean the house, which she agreed to. I am
sorry Gina that you changed your mind, were rude upon arrival and canceled last minute despite having full information.

Cute house for the price you pay. It's convenient if staying on this side of town. Everything is 10-15 minutes away! Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a group of 5 like us when everyone needs to get ready at the same time, 2 bathrooms helped. Modest but comfortable :)

Great location, Laura is very easy to work with, but house needs some upkeep and would have liked for it to have been cleaner when we arrived.

This is a great place. My brother and I came for our dad's memorial. It's super quiet and since there were only 2 of us - we didn't share a wall between bedrooms so even if you are traveling with others - you have some privacy. I would definitely stay here again.
