Located on High Street Northcote about 7km north of Melbourne city, this large one bedroom apartment boasts space, style and charm. With a large wrap around balcony overlooking Northcote and Thornbury. Right on the 86 Tram line and approx 250m to Croxton Train Station. Close to Northcote Social Club, Welcome to Thornbury and many more restaurants and bars within easy walking distances.


This prime location apartment makes it a great base for any Melbourne stay. You could chill at home listening to some vinyls on an original record player while enjoying the vibe of High Street on the huge balcony or get down amongst the many cool venues that Northcote has to offer. Our Son is offering his home while he is away so others can share the experience of Northcote and the convenience of the location that he gets to have when he is in town. High Street Northcote is one of Melbourne's most dynamic and creative locations, with a history spanning 150 years. Today High Street is home to one of Melbourne's most interesting and eclectic mix of retailers, bars, pubs, cafes and restaurants.


As a guest you will have the apartment to yourself to feel comfortable as if you were at home. Because our son lives there when he is in town there will be all basic kitchen provisions we are happy for you to use if you wish.


We live in Northcote so we are happy to offer help if you need it, otherwise we will leave you to your privacy.

Natalie is a wonderful host who has accurately described the great features of this lovely modern apartment in the listing. As stated there, the High Street location is indeed excellent for restaurants, bars and transportation by both tram and train. There is a great little cafe on the ground level of the apartment building and also a dry-cleaner a few doors down from that cafe. In addition, Northcote Plaza, comprising two Coles supermarkets, an Aldi supermarket as well as an abundance of shops and eating places, is just a short walk away. We highly recommend Natalie's apartment to other guests who want to stay in the Northcote/Thornbury area.

It's stylish. It's central. The balcony is an amazing touch! The tram is literally outside your door and an amazing coffee shop on the ground floor. It's got everything you need. Natalie is also an understanding and kind host. I stained a household item or two and I was so worried about her reaction. But she was lovely and put my worries at ease. I couldn't recommend this place more nor give her more stars. I would give her place ten stars if I could.

This was my second stay here this year. It is a great place to stay in and Natalie makes you feel very comfortable.

The apartment is very attractive, very comfortable and the location great for enjoying Melbourne. This is the second time we've stayed in this lovely apartment. The standard of accommodation and hosting was top rate both times. Natalie is without a doubt the best host!

Natalie was a fantastic host, She definitely went out of her way to make me feel welcome. I was especially surprised to find Natalie had bought milk and bread and other food for my stay. This was so thoughtful. The apartment is just so lovely. and so comfortable. I really hope to stay here again soon . it is also so close to everything in Thornbury - cafes , shops, bars and transport. I highly recommend

This is a lovely apartment to stay in for all these reasons: -It's well-equipped and super-comfortable and has a large deck -Natalie is a great host -The location is a buzzy yet family-friendly area with lots of interesting eating places and interesting shops -Supermarket is across the road -The location is on a popular tram line and within a short walk of a well-serviced train station -It's excellent value for money!
