The home is located around the quiet, upscale, suburban neighbourhood of Summerlin. If you are in town to attend an event or conference, The Las Vegas Strip will just be a short (roughly 13 miles) drive for you.
If you are in town for a scenic hike, the house is also located near the popular Spring Mountains and Red Rock Canyon known for its set of large red rock formations, sandstone peaks and the walls called Keystone Thrust.

This is Great house that is only 20 mins to the Las vegas strip. Beautifully decorated 6 bedroom house in a residential community. I would stay here again

Kevin's house accommodates a large group nicely. There are two separate rooms for TV viewing. We had children so it was nice to separate the cartoons from College basketball. 😊 Nice place to stay not far from the strip. Everything was in working order. Nice dinning table for me…
