This cozy coastal home is conveniently located by plentiful stores and beautiful and historical attractions in Ormond Beach. 2 comfy bedroom suites with a newly renovated bathroom atop a short stairwell await you! There is a large immaculate living room, dining room, office, kitchen, laundry room and a 2nd bathroom on the main level for your use. Enjoy all beachside historic Ormond has to offer at a great rate!

Please be mindful of quiet hours as there is a private occupied studio in back.

A beautifully furnished Queen and Full suite in a fully furnished home providing alll your needs. The home is in a cute beach neighborhood perfectly nestled between the Gorgeous Halifax River and Atlantic Ocean (easy walk to both!). There are stores and niche shops around the corner as well as a free botanical Garden and Museum of Arts most weekdays. A very convenient location!

Guests enter through the front door and may park in the driveway and beside the side yard gate. 2 cars max. Entryway/mudroom by garage contains access for guests to indoor washing and drying machines. Guests may use the living room and all areas of the main home. the side yard is shared and there is a quiet respectful tenant in the private studio off the backside of the home (unit B).

We recommend the Rose Villa and Jimmy Hulas for fun restaraunts nearbye. Gold Leaf Coffee over the bridge is amazing and Farmers Markets over the bridge on Thursdays are enjoyable events. There is a beautiful public library across the bridge!
