A trendy cafe (Whisk and Co) is a short walk to the bottom end of the street and a nature reserve (Knocklofty) is at the top. You won't have to travel long to get to Hobart's hotspots with only a 5-10 minute drive to North Hobart's eateries, the City, and Salamanca.
Feel free to enjoy the fruit from the fruit trees, Netflix on the television, or the view of Mt Direction over sundowners from your room or our deck.
This self-contained unit is located under our family home. We appreciate your need for privacy, but are at your beck and call for general information and assistance should you need it!
You'll have access to the self-contained unit, ample street-side parking, and the outdoor eating area.
We are available for as much or as little interaction as our guests need!
Please note the following:
1. the kitchenette includes a toaster, mini-fridge and kettle only. There is no stove or oven. Use of these kitchen facilities in the main house *might* be available by arrangement.
2. the television in the unit is not connected to antenna at this time, and only has Netflix for viewing.
3. we do have three young children and noises may be heard during the day. As such, this property is best suited to someone who will be working or sightseeing during the majority of the day.
The owners live in a separate house upstairs and expect quiet enjoyment of those people occupying the unit. Please be understanding that we have young children who sleep from 7pm-7am. In return, we will respect your privacy and try to provide a pleasant experience to you.
