Jonathan, thank you for your kind words about my customer service and the condo's conditions of being excellent. I just wanted to clarify a few things; I don't work for Wyndham, I am a Platinum Owner with them and the property that you stayed in; is a part of my ownership privileges. Midtown 45 is a Vacation Ownership building with luxury condo's and hotel style rooms, but it is not a hotel. No one can just walk in off the street and book at this resort. You must be a guest of a owner or go directly through Wyndham.
The vacation ownership tour was not required when I hosted your stay and you stayed at my place. However, yes; they will offer you a $125 American Express gift cared for 90 minutes of your time, and most guest love the idea of helping to reduce some of the cost of their trip; but it is a choice at check in that they give you. Now let me also add,; there should never have been any aggressive interaction and if you actually took the tour and went through that, I wish you would have reached out to me as I extended my condo to you as a guest of mine and I would have contacted the resort manager on your behalf.
