Dear Guest - we are looking forward to welcoming you! We live in a beautiful and relaxing resort community that is guarded and gated. The surroundings of the many green golf courses approaching the beautiful jagged mountains with thousands of palm trees below is breathtaking. We are excited to share this with you! Please see our house rules below.
- Guests may be required to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement within 7 days of booking. We use the standard California Dept of Real Estate Agreement. Occupancy numbers that were approved at the time the reservation was confirmed will be the same on the Lease Agreement and hold true for the Reservation. Changes are not allowed to the number of guests without prior approval 24 hours in advance.
-Guest is required to pay 10% Occupancy Tax on nightly rate prior to arrival. This will be requested through Airbnb once the booking is confirmed.
-A list of occupants is required before arrival.
-Pet Fee $65 per day and includes daily pet housekeeping
-No smoking inside or anywhere on the premises
-This is a gated and guarded community. Car passes need to be requested 24 hours in advance of arrival. Cars arriving at the Security Gate without prior approval are considered unauthorized vehicles.
- Maximum 4 Cars
- Day Visitors during non-restricted times must be approved 24 hours in advance to allow us time to call them into the gate.
-Unapproved Guests, Cars or Occupants on the premises and not in the reservation or rental agreement subject the reservation to immediate termination and forfeiture of all fees paid.
DURING ANY CONCERT PERIOD INCLUDING COACHELLA, SPASH HOUSE AND STAGECOACH THE FOLLOWING ALSO APPLY;
-Only occupants are allowed on the premises.
-Minimum age to rent 28.
-Guest agrees that they may be required to submit a Fully Refundable Security Deposit ranging from $ Fifteen to Twenty-five Hundred. Deposits are due 7 days before arrival and returned 1 day after arrival. Return guests are eligible for Damage Insurance and do not need to submit a Refundable Deposit.
VIOLATION OF ANY TERMS ON THE AGREEMENT OR ADDENDUM SHALL RESULT IN A LEASE DEFAULT. AIRBNB SUPPORTS THE IMMEDIATE LEASE TERMINATION AT ANY TIME DURING THE STAY IF HOUSE RULES ARE BROKEN.
1) No PERSONS except named OCCUPANTS are allowed on the premises at any time. No day visitors.
2) No outside music or swimming after 10pm. No Noise outside after 10pm.
3) Fully refundable Security Deposit will be returned 24 hours after Departure as long as there are no defaults of the rental agreement.
4) Maximum 4 car passes are allowed. No other cars are allowed to park in front of the property.
5) Agree to terminate your stay immediately should any of the rental agreement rules or HOA rules be broken such as noise complaints, additional people on the premises. This is termed Express Eviction.
6) Agree not to turn away the housekeeping staff during their daily cleans.
IMPOSED FEES; $150 per occurrence for Mgmt Co callout due to lease default or neighbor complaint. $200 per person per day for unauthorized day guests or additional occupants. $200 per car per day for unauthorized cars. Fees to be deducted from Security Deposit. If fines or fees exceed Security Deposit guest will be required to make payment directly to Mgmt Co. PGA WEST HOA AND CITY OF LA QUINTA VACATION RENTAL REGULATIONS
Dear Guest, Failure to adhere to the regulations can result in fines per occurrence. Guest will have the opportunity to attend a hearing before a fine is imposed. The number of guests on Premises shall not exceed two individuals per bedroom, plus 1 additional person. The maximum occupants on your lease agreement take precedence over the above regulations. Vehicles are required to be parked in the garage when empty, and then on the driveway to its fullest capacity. Only after these parking areas are fully utilized will parking be permitted on the streets. Do not park in front of neighbor homes.Occupants and/or guests shall not create unreasonable noise or disturbance at any time during the day or evening, pursuant to the Quiet Enjoyment section of these Rules and Regulations, and the Nuisance provision CC&R's. Outside music after 10:00 PM. or before 1:00 PM. is strictly prohibited per city ordinance. Trash and refuse shall not be stored within public view Pursuant to Section 10.21 of the CC&R's the tenants have no special right or privilege to enter upon or use the Golf Course Property and that trespassing on golf property is in violation of the City Civil Code #602; DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS; Bag all trash and leave in the trash cans. All towels are to be washed and left in the laundry room. Remove garage opener from your car. Turn off A/C, Heating and Pool Heaters and lights. Report any broken or missing items.Return all interior and exterior furnishings and items back to their original place. Return all pool toys and floats to the garage. (Extra charges apply if not done.)Lock all doors and leave key in lockbox. Thank you!
