This compound is located in the beautiful Holy City on the Charleston peninsula where all the hottest restaurants, bars and attractions are located. 32 Cannon St. is one block from King St. and two blocks from Rutledge Ave. The compound consists of four, one bedroom apartments, each with a full bathroom and two of the apartments come with a sleeper sofa, accommodating a total of 12 guests. Units 32A and 32C are similar in layout. They are both studio apartments and come with one queen bed each, one full bathroom, fireplace, a mini fridge, and microwave. Unit 32B and unit 32D are similar in layout and design. Both are one bed, one bathroom apartments and come with one queen bed each. Unit 32B includes a full kitchen and living room area with a sleeper sofa. Unit 32D comes with a convenience center. All bedrooms come with a TV and there are additional TV’s in units 32B and 32D. Additionally, the compound includes a washer and dryer and two off-street parking spot is available.
