We are a one storey Victorian villa. The conservatory opens onto a sunny enclosed courtyard, perfect for children. A terrace at the front overlooks the pretty front garden with seaview. Gothic features throughout. Woodburner effect stove in living room. Panelled bathroom with free standing bath. Situated in the beautiful village of Bonchurch with its duck pond and cafe, and close to Ventnor, Shanklin and the seafront. 2 minute walk to the popular Bonchurch Inn and 5 minute walk to beach
We have spent the last year restoring throughout, so everywhere is newly decorated and furnished. We are now one of Alastair Sawdays Special places to stay. We love natural materials, from wooden flooring to linen upholstery and luxurious bed linen. Indulge in the unique panelled bathroom with gothic windows and luxury toiletries. Explore the cliff top garden with its secret spaces. Wine and dine in the secluded courtyard or on the terrace with sea view. TV, Wi-fi, DVD and iPod dock available. Egyptian cotton sheets and towels supplied. Travel cot, high chair and Baby Polar Booster seat available. Collection of books, magazines, DVD's and games.
The house is a detached house and fully accessible. The courtyard, terrace and front garden is accessible but the rear cliff garden has restricted access (No children, unless supervised and explore at own risk). There are 2 spaces off road for parking
Any issues, please contact me though air bnb. I will endeavour to help. There is an information book at the property.

Rupert and I, are passionate about the IOW and have just finished renovating a Victorian villa in Bonchurch which has become an haven to us and would like others to experience. We love art and design, walking and fine dining - all of which is in abundance on the Island. As soon as we step onto the IOW ferry to cross the Solent, we leave all our worries and stress behind and totally unwind.
