Located in the heart of east downtown Austin, our home is located in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to Franklin’s BBQ, many restaurants, food trailers, the Texas Capitol, and more!
Freshly renovated, this gem boasts a new, modern kitchen, three lovely bedrooms and two and a half sophisticated bathrooms, and a backyard that has ample of space to sit back and unwind. Naturally well-lit with a calm atmosphere, and large yard, this house is the best kept secret on the east side!
Two keys will be provided to guests at a key lockbox outside the house. Specific information will be sent to guests after they book, including key lock location and access code.
Guests are welcomed to enjoy the entire home and well as the beautiful front and back yards. Two interior closets and the garage will be inaccessible to guests.
We aim to provide our guests with privacy. However should a need arise or if you have any questions at all, we will be immediately reachable via phone or text and would be more than happy to help.
CHECK-IN- Any time after 4pm.
CHECK-OUT - By 11:00am. Note: Please reference the Check-Out Procedures in printed house manual on site. Please send me a message via the Airbnb platform, letting us know when you check out. Late check-out fee...25% of nightly rate for each additional hour at property ie. prior to check-in or past check-out.
NO SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE - Being a family home, we have a no smoking policy (although you are welcome to smoke/vape either out front or back as long as it’s 10 feet away from exterior doors)
TIDINESS - To ensure we keep the floors squeaky clean for our guests’ enjoyment, we have a no shoes, no drink, and no food policy in the upstairs of the house. Thank you!
NO DRUGS- What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at our place we have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law… not so much one of our rules.
NO PETS- are permitted on premises at any time.
PARKING - Available for paying guests only in the driveway and front curb. *RV or bus parking requires specific, written pre-approval
NOISE - To be considerate to our neighbors, we kindly ask to keep things on the quieter-side after 10pm.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - limited to the number specified when booking or a 50% additional fee will be assessed per extra person
FINAL NOTES: THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. This a private residence and our home. We have a great relationship with our neighbors. PLEASE RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS (both us and others) and please reduce noise after 9pm. WE AIM TO PLEASE. We want you to enjoy your stay and we would love to help make your stay as memorable as possible. Please do not hesitate to ask for anything you may need.
