3 min walk from Yutenji Station .
You can go in Shibuya in a 4-minute train ride.
The rental is for two room with a Double size bed, two single bed and a bathroom.
The place was great. Clean. Super spacious, for Tokyo standards. Easy access to the station. Koichiro made things very easy. There's a laundry machine, which is great to have when traveling (I couldn't figure out if it could fully dry my clothes or not, but it was easy to just hang-dry the few things I washed). I would totally recommend this place & stay again. About the location: I found Yutenji was a nice location to stay. A quiet neighborhood with a good vibe. I explored the town a little, and think had I stayed longer I would've liked to try some of the local neighborhood restaurants. There is some train noise, but I didn't find it at all disturbing. I mean, there's train noise pretty much everywhere in Tokyo. Bring earplugs. The location is not too far, but not too close to all of the action of shibuya, and the restaurants and atmosphere of nakameguro. Definitely glad I have a Suica card though. And you're probably out for the day when you leave, which you usually are anyway, but you are going to sacrifice the ability to have that afternoon jaunt back to the hotel for an afternoon rest, for space and a quiet, local neighborhood vibe. But I'm ok with that. And the beds are elevated, so using the bathroom at 4am can be dangerous! But again, none of this bothered me. I just like to inform people, in case someone's injured or too old to handle that kind of thing. All in all, loved it!
Koichiro's place was really nice - the location is ideal, quiet and residential to feel like you re living in Tokyo while very accessible to train - Shibuya and everywhere in the city. There is a convenience store at the train station open early and late so never feel like you ll be in trouble finding a snack or water for the day. Would highly recommend for a short stay as a couple of small group!
